MG Partners collaborated with Ferguson & Shamamian Architects and Kovac Design Studio on this Spanish revival home. This home has traditional wood balconies, reclaimed terracotta pavers and reclaimed Spanish tile roof. The spectacular cantilevered central staircase is made with Grand Tortoise Limestone and features a custom Spanish bannister. The dining room has paneling on the walls integrated with a series of six full-length 17th-century Spanish portraits. The interior walls of the house are sheathed in stucco for a clean, contemporary look and feel of traditional Spanish architecture.
