MG Partners began pre-construction in July 2024 on a new contemporary residence by Olson Kundig, conceived as a richly layered Beverly Hills retreat for art, leisure, and landscape. The estate will comprise a main house, expansive ADU, cabana, sports court, and lush gardens, with reflecting pools and generous indoor-outdoor living spaces designed to frame and complement the client’s art collection. Construction commenced in Q2 2026.
