MG Partners collaborated with Ferguson & Shamamian and Kovac Design Studio on this Italian influenced villa. This home features an interior courtyard with columned cloister and with central fountain, a state-of-the-art subterranean garage with a custom auto lift, cabana, billiard room, elevator, pool and tennis court and private gardens.
