This Montecito project is taking shape as a contemporary residence with an Art Deco sensibility – an elegant study in proportion, finish, and restraint. Construction began in fall 2024, with completion anticipated in fall 2026. Decorative plaster walls, flush base detailing, steel windows, a custom floor mural, and a guest house come together in a composition tailored to the client’s art collection, balancing architectural polish with a deeply personal point of view. It marks the second home we have had the privilege of building for this client.
